Service & Punch List Guidelines
- Punch lists will be submitted after you have lived in your home for 30–45 days. This allows time to identify all items that may need attention.
- Electrical and plumbing issues should be reported immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.
- All other repair items must be reviewed and approved by the manufacturer before service can be scheduled.
Important Homeowner Tips
To protect your investment and ensure your home stays in excellent condition:
- Septic Care: Plant grass seed over your septic area to prevent soil erosion.
- Roof Maintenance: At least once a year, inspect your roof for debris, loose shingles, or areas needing sealant.
- Ventilation: Keep your home’s ventilation system running at all times to maintain proper airflow and prevent moisture buildup.
- Safety First: Do not use kerosene heaters inside your home.
